Eligibility

To register as a partner, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Be legally authorized to provide the services you offer.

Partner Responsibilities

As a Wedza Partner, you agree to:

• Maintain accurate business information.
• Provide high-quality services.
• Honor confirmed bookings.
• Communicate professionally with customers.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Keep pricing and service availability updated.

Bookings

Partners are responsible for accepting, managing, and completing bookings through the Wedza platform.

Repeated cancellations, failure to deliver services, or poor customer experiences may result in account suspension or termination.

Payments

Payments and payouts are processed according to Wedza’s payment policies.

Where applicable, platform fees or commissions may be deducted before payouts.

Partners are responsible for any taxes or statutory obligations related to their earnings.

Subscription Plans

Certain features may require an active subscription.

Subscription fees are displayed before purchase.

Unless otherwise required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable.

Prohibited Activities

Partners must not:

• Provide false information.
• Upload illegal or copyrighted content without permission.
• Misrepresent services.
• Manipulate ratings or reviews.
• Engage in fraudulent activities.
• Contact customers to bypass the Wedza platform where this violates platform policies.
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes.

Ratings & Reviews

Customers may submit ratings and reviews based on their experience.

Wedza reserves the right to remove reviews that violate community guidelines or applicable laws.

Account Suspension

Wedza may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Fraudulent activities
• Policy violations
• Misleading information
• Repeated customer complaints
• Illegal conduct
• Abuse of the platform

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, and platform content belong to Wedza or their respective owners.

Partners retain ownership of the content they upload but grant Wedza a non-exclusive license to display and use such content for operating and promoting the platform.

Limitation of Liability

Wedza provides a technology platform connecting customers with service providers.

Wedza is not responsible for disputes arising directly between partners and customers, except where required by applicable law.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
