Delete your account in the app
Wedza app (customers): open the app, sign in, open your Profile and tap Delete Account, then confirm.
Wedza Partner app (service providers): open the app, sign in, open the account menu and tap Delete Account, then confirm.
Request deletion without the app
Email support@wedza.in from the email address on your account, or include the mobile number you signed up with. Tell us whether it is a customer or partner account. We confirm your identity and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your profile, contact details, addresses, saved items, chats, uploaded photos and documents, and your sign-in details are deleted.
What we keep
Records of completed bookings and payments that we must keep for tax, accounting or legal reasons are kept only for as long as the law requires, and are not used for anything else.
