After every wedding the same messages arrive: “Anna, send my photos.” “Can you find the ones with my family?” You either send a link to 4,000 photos and let everyone scroll, or you spend an evening picking photos for each relative. FaceFind AI in Wedza CRM does it for you: a guest scans a QR code, scans their face, and gets only the photos they are in, alone and in groups, ready to download.
How it works in 3 steps
- You turn it on. Open the order’s gallery in CRM › Gallery and press FaceFind AI. Pay ₹99 for that event and it is on for 5 days. The gallery gets its own QR code, with a printable card.
- You share the QR. Put the card at the reception, the photo booth or the return-gift counter, or send it to the family on WhatsApp. No gallery password is needed: the QR is the way in.
- Guests find themselves. They scan the QR, type their name and email, and scan their face. Their own page opens with every photo they are in.
What your guests see
No app, no login. Everything runs in the phone’s browser.
- A guided face scan. The camera opens with an oval and coaches them: move closer, centre, hold still. Five short scans are taken by themselves (straight, left, right, up and down), each with a moving arrow. A photo upload is there as a fallback.
- A clear face first. A blurry, turned, tiny or crowded scan is turned away before any search, with simple tips: good light, no sunglasses or mask, just you.
- Their photos, sorted. One page with Only you and group photos in separate tabs, downloads, Share on WhatsApp and Copy link.
- Might be you. Photos the search is not sure about wait in their own row with It’s me and Not me, so an unsure photo only joins their set when they say so.
- No waiting around. If photos are still being read, the guest can close the page; we email the link when it is ready. Reloading or reopening the QR page picks the search up again, with no second scan.
- Their link works for 3 hours. Enough to download and share, short enough to keep the gallery private. Scanning again gives a new link any time FaceFind is on.
Finds more than the front-facing photos
- It learns from what it finds. Every strong match becomes another reference, so photos from other angles and other light are found too, round after round until nothing new turns up. Scanning again gives the same result.
- Outfit tie-break. When a face is nearly a match and the clothes match the guest’s sure photos almost exactly, it counts. Never on clothes alone.
- Same-day uploads. New photos you add to the gallery are read in the background, so guests who scan later find them too.
Private by design
- Face scans are never kept. A scan is read in memory to find the guest, then thrown away.
- Fingerprints, not pictures. The search keeps numbers that describe a face, not images. A guest’s are kept while FaceFind is on for the event, to email them new photos of them, then deleted; the gallery’s are deleted 30 days after FaceFind ends, or when you delete the gallery.
- Our own servers. FaceFind AI uses open-source face models running on Wedza’s own server. Your clients’ photos are not sent to an outside AI service.
- Only what the client already sees. Guests get photos from the client’s gallery link only. Team-only folders and a client’s “only for me” uploads are never searched.
- The camera is used only on the FaceFind page, and the guest is told why before it opens.

- No more one-by-one requests. Uncles, cousins and friends serve themselves, and they only see their own photos.
- Your work travels. Every guest who downloads and shares on WhatsApp is showing your photos to people planning the next wedding in the family.

What is FaceFind AI?
FaceFind AI is a feature of Cloud Gallery in Wedza CRM. You turn it on for one event’s gallery, share its QR code, and every guest who scans their face gets a page with only the photos they are in, alone and in groups, ready to download.
How much does FaceFind AI cost?
₹99 per event. It works for 5 days from payment, for that one order’s gallery. The photos stay on your usual Cloud Gallery storage, which is ₹6 per GB. If you need more days, ask from the gallery and the Wedza team adds them.
Do guests need to install an app?
No. Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera and everything happens in the phone’s browser. They give their name and email, scan their face and see their photos.
Is the face scan stored?
No. The face scan is read in memory to find the guest and then thrown away. Only face fingerprints (numbers, not pictures) are kept while needed: a guest’s are kept while FaceFind is on for the event (so they get an email when new photos of them are added) and then deleted, and the gallery’s are deleted 30 days after FaceFind ends.
Can a guest see photos they are not in?
No. Each guest only gets the photos they are in, and only from what the client’s gallery link already shows. Team-only folders and a client’s private uploads are never searched.
How long does a guest’s link work?
