When Photosphere makes sense
If you run a photography-only studio on a computer, want guest selfie-match galleries, watermarks and download PINs, CGST/SGST with a GSTR-1 export and TDS on payouts, or gear inventory, and you are happy to join an early beta, Photosphere is built around that.
When Wedza CRM is the better choice

As of 30 October 2026 Photosphere is in early beta and free. Its launch pricing is ₹999, ₹1,499 and ₹4,999 a month (Solo, Growing Studio, Multi-Studio); billing starts after public release. Wedza CRM is ₹199 for 30 days with every CRM feature.
Does Photosphere have a mobile app?
Not yet. Its site says the mobile app is still being built and the product is web-based. Wedza CRM runs in the Wedza Partner app on Android and iPhone and in any browser.
Which is better for crew management?
Both handle crew. Photosphere has per-session roles, a payout ledger with TDS and gear inventory, with crew payouts on its ₹1,499 plan and up. Wedza CRM puts crew on each event day, sends them reminders on their phone, and records crew pay with payslips, all in the ₹199 plan.
Which is better for gallery delivery?
Photosphere includes proofing galleries with watermarks, download PINs and guest selfie-match. Wedza’s Cloud Gallery is a pay-as-you-use add-on with password and expiry, album selection by the couple, album lock and copy file names, and couples can pay to keep a gallery.
